How it works

Three steps. Bandwidth first.

Nine times out of ten, a stream that stutters is a connection problem wearing a provider's logo. So we start there, instead of selling first and troubleshooting afterwards.

    Check your connection first

    Before you pay anyone: 10 Mbps sustained per HD stream, 25 Mbps for 4K. If your line can't hold that, no provider will fix it — and we'd rather say so now than refund you later.

  2. 02
    Pick a plan, get your login

    Monthly, quarterly or annual. Same catalogue on all three — the longer terms are cheaper per month, not better. Credentials arrive by email.

    Set up your player

    Follow the guide for your device: Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Smart TV or VLC. Exact menu paths, step by step. Most people are watching in under ten minutes.
